Harold Kisner, Ph.D., MBA, a senior consultant with NMG since 1987, has extensive experience in the technical and operational aspects of clinical and anatomic esoteric laboratories.
Dr.Kisner co-founded ConVerge Diagnostic Services, LLC, a full-service medical laboratory focused on integrating clinical and anatomic pathology using molecular diagnostics and informatics, and served as Executive VicePresident-Business Development until the company sold to private equity.
Dr.Kisner holds a Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, a Doctorate in laboratory medicine and a Masters in Business Administration with a focus on healthcare management. He is a diplomat of the American Board of Clinical Chemistry(DABCC), a fellow of the National Academy of Clinical Biochemistry (FACB), and holds a N.Y. State Dept. of Health Laboratory Certificate of Qualification as aLaboratory Director.
